Philipp G. Lengeling, LL.M. (New York), Esq. is an attorney based in New York who is heading the New York based office for RafterMarsh, a transatlantic boutique law firm (California, New York, U.K., Germany) that specializes in the music and music technology industries. Due to Philipp’s international legal background (he holds law degrees from both Germany and the U.S.), Philipp advises U.S. and European clients in cross-border B2B and B2C tech-transactions, tech and music licensing matters, and privacy and consumer protection compliance.
