EveAnna MANLEY

Manley Laboratories, Inc.

EveAnna Manley has been producing upper eschelon vacuum tube recording, mastering, and audiophile equipment for over 30 years. EveAnna got her start in the music business while still in college studying music at Columbia University in the City of New York having been inspired by guest lecturer, the legendary impressario Bill Graham (Fillmore East, Winterland), and by her step-father who had owned AMPEG in the late 1960's. She joined David Manley's crew as an apprentice first learning how to assemble audiophile vacuum tube amplifiers from her more experienced co-workers. From there she earned her own quality control audio measuring bench and delved into the technical side of the gear repairing, documenting, and later designing circuits with her team. Today, her company Manley Laboratories, Inc. is based just outside Los Angeles, California and employes around 30 people some of whom have been working alongside EveAnna for over 30 years! EveAnna strives to inspire young students with her story that an inquisitive Band Geek can transition to the world of audio electronics.
