Harman International

Hope is an acoustic engineer in HARMAN´s Automotive division.
With her team, she transforms vehicles into rich listening environments, and authors tools to streamline that process. Currently, she is focused on further development of the Acoustic Prediction Tool (APT), as well as an improved version of the program that validates their tuning files.
APT was a project Hope began co-writing as an intern in 2019, and participated in the first release of as an engineer in September 2020.
Prior to joining HARMAN, Hope was a noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) intern at Linamar McLaren Engineering and a bachelor’s student in audio engineering technology at Lawrence Technological University.
