Jason E. Davies, Vice President of Global Sales & Business Development, Zynaptiq GmbH
Jason, a guitarist, songwriter and music producer, received his BA from UCSC in Politics and double majored in Environmental Studies before pursing a career in music technology.
Jason started in technical support at Opcode Systems, Inc – developer of the first commercially available MIDI and audio sequencer and MIDI interface for the the Mac.
From technical support, Jason was elevated to the position of product specialist and was ultimately promoted to sales management roles within the company.
After 6 years at Opcode, Jason consulted high level artists in the Los Angeles area before helping with the initial re-launch of Universal Audio before joining BIAS, Inc. as VP of Business Development and Worldwide Sales, where he also helped drive the company to develop, productize, and license noise reduction technologies.
12 years later, Jason launched Eleven Dimensions Media, a media technology development and distribution firm while joining Zynaptiq as a shareholder and VP. Zynaptiq is a leading developer of music and audio software based on machine learning and source separation technologies.
