Javier Frutos-Bonilla studied Technical Telecommunications Engineering at Carlos III University in Madrid, Spain and received his M.Sc. degree in Media Technology in 2013 from TU Ilmenau, Germany. From 2013 to 2018, he worked at Fraunhofer IDMT as System Engineer for different spatial audio applications: Bregenz Festival, Opera House Zürich and Ankara Presidential Theatre were some novel projects Javier was involved in. Since 2018, he is employed at d&b audiotechnik as System Designer and Trainer where he continues helping customers to create immersive experiences.
