Scott Sugden


Scott Sugden contributes to the success and growth of L-Acoustics by liaising with key stakeholders across geographies and company functions to help L-Acoustics identify and capitalize upon new product opportunities. He is responsible for accompanying L-Acoustics products from launch through life cycle. Scott has worked closely with L-Acoustics certified engineers and the L-Acoustics partner network in his 10 years at L-Acoustics, offering his industry-recognized systems engineering skills to ensure that wherever L-Acoustics sound systems are used, the teams that deploy them are achieving the best possible results and contributing to a successful event.
Scott is a familiar face in pro audio circles, having toured with the Steve Miller Band and Van Halen and mixing on the first national tours of theatrical productions The Producers, Spamalot, and 700 Sundays. He’s also designed the sound systems of top grossing music festivals including Milwaukee’s Summerfest, ACL, Country Thunder, and Coachella as well as the permanent installation at the renowned Hollywood Bowl.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, USA, Scott studied Physics at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and is a regular presenter and contributor to white papers and industry publications.
