Traci Mark

Metropolitan New York Library Council

Traci Mark is trained as a media archivist and currently serves as the Studio Manager and Educational Programming Associate at the Metropolitan New York Library Council. Previously Traci worked as the media archivist at New York Public Library’s Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture. Traci specializes in working with cultural heritage institutions and archiving and preserving analog media. In the past she has worked for Anthology Film Archives, WITNESS Human Rights Video, DHX Media, Vtape, Frame Discreet and York University. She is also a proud member of XFR Collective. She is a graduate of Ryerson University’s Master’s degree in Film Preservation and Collections Management and holds a BA in Cinema and Media Studies from York University in Toronto, Canada.
